WU - still cardable?

I have been looking into this, not only on this forum but asking around elsewhere too, So far I have been getting mixed responses on the matter; is it possible?

I have a few questions if anybody will help with these or has any other useful input.

I have never been prompted for the VBV or MSC when I have tried, do these come up later in the process?
Do you need phone verification? and is there a way to bypass/ sort this? What is the easiest countries to send from, and is the UK easy to send to?
Does anybody know any bins that are reliable?

VBV and MSC can be passed in 2 or more ways. 2 i know of. One of them is by bank/bin, there are certain banks in Europe that will give you a plain solution on the VBV/MSC pass. Such as enter your DOB, or reset your password by entering just your DOB or the city your were born in wich is usually the residential city of the card's holder. There are many bugs in VBV and MSC, you just have to look for them. The second one true BUG that Western Union has and no one cares to fix it i'm not sure it's easy to comprehend so i'm not going to reveal.

In a different way you can lookup pastebin.com Western Union exploit/Western Union bug and you will find a lot of posts, some genuine, some fake, but definately it's worth lookin' up.
