Is it possible for a company to verify an utility bill for its authentication..
I know passports and dl'S can be checked via the reference number..
not sure about utility bills
anyone have any idea on this?

maybe u know what bills cant be checked ie. telephone bills

use bank statemant,,bank does not give any info bout they`r customers

The chances are they dont check why would they have a need unless the suspect fraud and if they suspect fraud your not doing your thing rite

companys have no way of checking up on bills so on.... its like me phoning up a company and asking them too verify info about someone else, data protection is in place for those reasons, at worst they will reject your scan
