I recently bought a bunch of CC’s , really good vendor and cards have balance , turns out they all Require OTP , is there a way to bypass OTP or should i throw them away. Thank you in advance for the pros

Hello. You can use the cards in 2-D Secure merchants, websites, stores.
Despite the fact that your cards are protected by 3-D Secure, no cd will be requested for 2-D Secure OTP and you can easily pay for your purchases with them.

How can I know if the website I m looking at is a 3D secure or 2D secure ?

You can find 2-D Secure sites in several ways:
1. Take them from the list on this forum.
2. Search for alternative sites from the lists.
3. Manually. Attempt to pay and if OTP is sent, then the site is 3-D Secure.
