Does it charge the cvv ?
Can i be reported to FBI to use it for checking cvv ?

yes it checks cvv by using apple paygate so it's like ya use te cvv to register for an itune account.
you can't be reported to FBI if you use proxy or vpn or socks or if ya don't use any of them.
so don't ya worry u can't be reported to fbi

Try privateservices.bz. I've used their dumps checker and it didn't kill my dumps, can't vouch for their cvv checker though.
