Descrption:
Like all the cigarette brands Belomor Kanal cigarettes have their own history. Right after the canal (Belomor canal) was completed, a new Russian cigarette appeared. This cigarette is also called "papirosa". But, anyway it is not a "papirosa" but a cigarette.

Papirosi were only available in the Soviet Russia for a long time. This situation changed only in the mid 1970s. These Belomor Kanal cigarettes symbolized trend and spirits of the new times.

This cigarette was modified during the whole history of its introduction. It is made of a tube, extended by a thin smoke paper tube with tobacco. This method of production was borrowed from the Western brands manufacturers. However, the given method was regarded as an old one and disappeared after World War II.

Nevertheless, we should not believe that the production of the cigarettes was stopped. On the contrary, cigarettes are still produced in post-Soviet republics, in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and etc.
