msr dump question

i need help with msr. i have msre296

do i need track 1 or just leave it blank?

and sometimes when i put dump on plastic it says write error?

does it need to be hi or lo?

any other info is appreciated

since ur swiping speed differs write errors are normal, but ull get good at it with practice

track1 contains within itself name and track2, so I guess it depends are u doing instore or cashing at ATM? generally speaking u dont need track1.
