Is los angeles area affected by high fraud rate or region blocks?


I am looking to do some work in this area but need some background information. Are US dumps or EU dumps better worked here?

if anyone can give me some good info and possibly good bins for this area I wont mind +rep thanks for your help.

Tourist place always high rate of opened bins .
USA & EU work well , of course better swipe card at Hollywood than Crenshaw !!!))

Hell if you can get one of the celebritys' infinate cards or whatever tyler perry's shit was that got swiped and sold then your golden right there. You swipe one of those and go absolutely CRAZY on it and you can get generate enough money to take it easy for the rest of the year right there. One swipe, you know? Or you could always spend the money on other bussiness ventures.

I believe that it is very affects by the high fraud rate. If you are going to use USA dumps then they must be from within the Los Angeles Metropolitan area. Many times dumps from orange county or nearby counties wont even work. So, if you are going to use USA dumps. In my experience they must be cali BINs and VERY close to los angeles.

I see, So what your saying is hypothetically if I want to get a good run out of some dumps, I'd get some orange county bins and work them in the orange county area?

Los Angeles is a high fraud area, if your doing electronics... Target/Walmart, expect a decline, but other POS, might work.

some places in san diego works walmarts etc... but not all, as they also have high fraud but not as nearly as bad as los angelos. but u can make a nice profit working eu in the places in between san diego and LA as we seen that has work for some people we know. just remember places in between san diego meaning starting pass LA and working your why on the road up to san diego. its nice being on the the road in the attempt to card the world.....happy carding hope that help a bit.....

everywhere in cali works. if your doing it right. It's a HIGH fraud state, and everyone and there mother is wiping down greendot's and prepaid cards they steal from the market and embossing them. Have your shit proper, ( good blanks / matching last 4 / ID ) and you can go anywhere with the right bins. I know for a fact that as soon as someone walks in with those doctored up embossed prepaid cards, they right away will tell you they can't accept those cards, or they call for auth even before they swipe. And they don't necessarily need to be california bins. Buy a big mix, gold/corp/sign/purchasing, at least a hundred, find the ones that work for you, don't give them out, and you should be ok. If you have friends in EU that shop with US, usually what works there will work in Cali. EU Bins used to work good until some people murdered bb, apple, walmart with 1000 eu's a week. LOL, but don't get me wrong, some still work, but not really at bb. Also, if you're going into BB, use real tr1, with name changed, seems as generated auto declines.
