A resident of Hrodna illegally distributed bank card details, and the criminal case was sent to court. This was reported by the information service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Grodno region.
As told in the department, a 21-year-old resident of the regional center using computer equipment and the Telegram messenger illegally distributed the details of other people's bank payment cards, with which it was possible to gain access to bank accounts. The defendant acted out of self-serving motives, for his "work" he received a reward - Br1590.
The Hrodna Prosecutor's Office concluded that the charges were justified and that an objective investigation of the circumstances of the crime was conducted. The Department agreed with the qualification of the crime under Part 1 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
The criminal case was sent to the court. The prosecutor left unchanged the measure of restraint previously applied to the accused in the form of recognizance not to leave and proper behavior.
