Can anyone explain if I'm going to use a European card to work with an American store, which ip should I use, the ip of the drop that will receive the package with the goods or the ip of the card owner. And how will the anti-fraud system react to this?

If you want to buy goods in the USA using a European card, then for the Antifraud system the IP address must correspond to the cardholder, that is, be from the city in which the cardholder lives.
Use European cards that are not supported by the AVS address matching system to order goods to the drop address.
You can also search for stores using the query “international delivery” or “delivery to Europe”.

Is it worth using the drop service if the site delivers only within the USA or is it better to use only sites with international delivery?

Please note, if you want to make a deal with this user, that it is blocked.

By agreement with the drop service, he can receive the parcel to his drop address in the USA, and then send the parcel to your address in any country. The service costs approximately $50 + white or black label (or shipping cost).
When purchasing on sites with international delivery, they can send the paid item immediately to the address you need in any country.
