WhiteKnight, I will start answering your questions by first telling you that spending any amount to get amex dumps is worth it as it (good amex) can swipe any amount you want. I personally have a couple of them i have been using for 5-6 months now and swipping good amounts. so back to your questions:

1.CID = CVV (hint, there are some stores that accept type-in, if you are lucky to get one, then you are there, you know what i mean

2. I don't know why you should bother yourself about uv on plastic, just buy good plastic from vendor and you're good to go

3. There are some vendors around that sell dumps + zip, becareful though, there are many BS online nowadays.
