Check Ukash valid?

I have issue with 2 Ukash codes that exchangers say are invalid but i know they haven't been used.

Is there a way i can check if my codes are valid without using them? I look at ukash.com but it doesn't help me. I want to check if codes are valid before giving to exchangers.
