BIG Problem with BILL COLLECTOR! ADMINS TAKE NOTE!!

I have made a big order with bill collector and he got paid over 24 hours ago and all the money has been picked up. This morning he sent me a sendspace file with a excel file that is encrypted with a password. He did NOT send me the password and he left. He came back online and he is not answering my msgs. below are some of the logs... admin speak to him to resolve this issue fast... and everyone else do NOT buy from him until problem is settled. I didnt use escrow because of the high positive feedbacks... and I regret it big time... When you read this Bill contact me so we can arrange the issue... Admins beware of this guy...
