whats the different?

i got a question, a merchant accepts normal visa and visa electron. i want to know what the difference is. long ago i could buy from this merchant with the option electron but now i keep getting not authorized because the bin i used is not available anymore.. and the normal visa was never success... anybody could help me out pls..

Dude seriously,BAD CARDS? makes sense huh.or if you were using only one bin over and over can be they just banned it or makes extra authorization for it.
