Some questions for a newbie

Hi guys,

I've a stupid question but :

What's the difference between track 101/201 etc. ?
I found the solution here : http://carder.market/showpost.php?p=42973&postcount=2

And i want a precision :

If i've got msr206 + dumps (track 1&2 + PIN), i can create cards for cashout at an ATM ?
I must have 101 Dump for EUROPE ATM ?

And I'd like to know how to be completely untraceable when you buy a dump, when we talk on ICQ etc.
Now i use a free vpn, but i'm not sure that is the best solution.

I know a guy who is carder since 12 years, so there must be rules to follow.

101 and 201 dumps are different in the following
101 is the american system (magnetic stripe)
201 is the british system (chip+pin)

I think it's 101 because in Europe we don't need chip for ATM.

Europe -- mix of magstripe cards and chip +pin !!!

most countries in europe uses chips and pin but some countries in east europe still uses magnetic stripe.

I thought the same, but actually I've made a copy of the mag stripe of my own cc and I could not withdraw from west europe atm. The guy in my bank told me 99% of the atm in my country read chip

You can easily cashout 201 dump, by writing it on magstripe.
There is some ATMs which do not read chip at all, so they ready only magstripe. Thats will allow u to cashout them even without chip.
But its tough to find'em those days. Contact me if u have any other questions.
