Setting up donation site

Paypal offers "Donations"-button which can be used without a pp-account.

Is it possible to setup a site to cash out CC's through this button. Since the
cc is hacked/skimmed it won't be that long until it's detected. Although,
could it be possible to "make a donation" when I'm going to pay something
like a service to another guy or will his account be limited as well as mine? The
service is legit and legal.

And how fast does Paypal limit/close my account cause "someone" (me) used
a CC from a vendor to make a donation.

f ing banks dont pay to charity but still charge em for transaction so wouldint work but you could set up a merchant acount but would need bank acount to cashout
