The basis of the novelty is the Broadcom BCM2711 processor. The chip contains four ARM Cortex-A72 (ARM v8) computing cores clocked at 1.5 GHz.

The volume of LPDDR4-2400 SDRAM RAM can be 1 GB, 2 GB and 4 GB - depending on the modification. There is a slot for a microSD card: the operating system can be loaded from it.

The mini-computer contains a Gigabit Ethernet controller for wired connection to a computer network. The Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11ac (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands) and Bluetooth 5.0 (BLE) adapters are responsible for the wireless communication capabilities.

A single board computer Raspberry Pi 4 will cost $ 35 in the version with 1 GB of RAM. For a modification with 2 GB of RAM, you will have to pay $ 45, and the version with 4 GB of RAM is priced at $ 55.
