Ok so my friend has some money on a walmart money card. He bought temp card, registered it and got money sent to it from carded stuff he sold through paypal.
Now heres the problem, he waited too long(55 days) and temporary card shut off. This is because they send embossed card to address after registration.
How can he get money out of account? He knows he can order replacement card or secondary card but he doesnt have drops up. If he were to sell this hat % would he get. Thanks
