FULL STEP-BY-STEP JCOP CARD WRITING PROCESS (14 Minutes Per Card – Copy-Paste)​

Preparation (do once):

1. Clean MSR X6 contacts with alcohol
2. Update MSR firmware to v3.3
3. Install X2 EMV 2025 v8.3.3 on clean Windows 11 VM
4. Insert JCOP 160K v2.4.2 R3 English – card must show ATR:
   

   3B F9 18 00 00 81 31 FE 45 4A 43 4F 50 76 32 34 32 52 33 B7

Step-by-Step Writing (exact order):

1. Open X2 EMV 2025 v8.3.3
2. File → New Project
3. Card Type → JCOP 160K v2.4.2 R3 English (critical selection)
4. Import combo – paste exactly:
   

   Track1: %B4123456789012345^SMITH/JOHN^271210112345678900000?
   Track2: ;4123456789012345=27121011234567890000?
   PIN: 1234
   Service Code: 201
   Expiry: 12/27

5. If using ARQC (for $30K+ hits):
   • Paste ARQC (9F26 tag)
   • Paste updated IAD
   • Paste ATC
6. Settings → Advanced → copy these exact values:
   • Write Magstripe → Enabled
   • Write Contactless → Enabled
   • Service Code → 201 (Mexico/Peru) or 220 (DR/Colombia)
   • PIN Try Counter → 3
   • CVV1 Generation → Enabled
   • ARQC Patch → Enabled (if using)
   • Magstripe Fallback → Enabled (for Method B)
7. Click “Pre-Write Check” → must show 100 % compatible
8. Click “Write Card” → progress 100 % → 9–14 seconds
9. Test read back → must show 100 % matchon:
   • Track1 (full name)
   • Track2 (service code)
   • PIN block
   • ARQC (if used)
10. Emboss real name + last 4 digits + expiry (raised letters + gold/silver tipping)
11. Test on Mexico ATM → insert → PIN → balance check → if $20K+ shows → card is nuclear
