The victim of unscrupulous breeding was 25-year-old athlete Anna Shkurdai (pictured). The girl came across a chat in the cart, where they promised to transfer small but real amounts of money for performing some minor tasks on the Network. She decided to try it for fun. She came across tasks related to booking hotels allegedly for various travel agencies from around the world.

Anna booked the first hotel for ₽2 thousand, and then returned to the card ₽5 thousand. The scheme rolled a couple more times. After that, the cost of hotels began to grow significantly from time to time, and for each booking, a huge commission of several tens of thousands of rubles was charged from the card. In the "support service", the girl was reassured: they say that as soon as she completes the" chain " of tasks, which in no case can not be interrupted, she will more than get back all the money written off for commissions.

It all ended with the fact that the next commission was withdrawn from the account of the excited athlete — ₽400 thousand and they sent her a message that she did not meet some "deadline". The girl realized that she had been deceived. The total damage amounted to ₽700 thousand.

Now the police are looking for unscrupulous scammers.

Anna Shkurdai is a three-time world champion in synchronized skating, multiple champion of Russia, All-Russian and international competitions under the auspices of the ISU.
