I'm new to carding, I have some obvious questions

1. How do I quickly convert CVV credentials into cash? I'm new to fraud but not new to penetration testing and black hat hacking. So far, I managed to use a CVV to take about $1,400 in under twenty minutes. First I subscribed to two porn sites to test it out, and then I spent it on Offensive Security's Exploit Developer Course for $1,299 after ascertaining that the card is legit. But I want to make actual money, in cash. To pay the bills, buy a new car, etc.
2. Once I plan to turn it into cash, I plan to launder it through cryptocurrency like Bitcoin, then turn it into Monero, then send the Monero through a tumbler service and then turn it back into cash, something unstable like a Turkish Lira, and then put it back into a Bitcoin account again in a offline wallet like Coinonmi before finally sending it to my offshore Binance and FTX account. Is this a feasible method for privacy?
3. I use a combination of Tor-over-VPN techniques to hide my tracks when doing online store fraud. Basically, I pay bitcoin to get half a year of unlimited bandwidth and service from a bulletproof hosting company located in the Ukraine and Dominican Republic that rents out endpoint servers in Switzerland and the Netherlands which gives me a OpenVPN profile https://nicevps.net/. I then run the Tor browser through it using a custom torrc file to specify only United States Tor endpoints so I won't get flagged for fraudulent transactions (as often). https://communitydocs.accessnow.org/147-Tor_force_exit_nodes.html. On top of that I utilize obfs4 pluggable transports. https://bridges.torproject.org/ What else do I need to avoid getting caught?
4. Is there any services available in my residential area, where someone is willing to pick up the goods I buy online? Let's say I want a Dell Precision Data Science Edition Laptop that costs up to $12,000. Where can I find someone that I can use their mailing address, and in exchange i'll pay them with something, like a cloned card. Please PM me if you are willing to offer it.
5. Is there a list of "less than reputable" payment processors that sell me anything I want? I noticed that specific online stores use payment processors of differing security standards. It seems it's easier to do online carding transactions on websites that sell used or refurbished items or shady stuff. I want to buy a used PS5, a big screen TV, a new laptop, a legitimate Cobalt Strike Post-Exploitation and C2 annual license for $3,500, etc.

Goals

My whole scheme, besides a shopping spree. Is to get the CVVs and BINs turned into cash as fast as possible, then put it into offshore crypto markets like FTX where I can make leveraged bets on short and long positions, and hopefully make a ton of more money with 100:1 leverage before I screw up and get hit with a margin call as a "safety net". Then if I were to get lucky, as the market can only go in two directions, bull markets (up) and bear markets (down), I'll just live life in the Bahamas or something.

Possible Solutions for you guys to review
1. Please be fair with me since I am new. For the last 24 hours I have been facing frustration trying to cash out the CVVs using decentralized bitcoin exchanges. They require verification and photos of IDs, which means I need to acquire fullz.
2. Another solution that still requires fullz, is opening a online market place as a high-risk merchant. High risk merchants are basically porn sites or other businesses that a "high-risk" because they are prone to fraud. All I have to do, once I acquire a picture ID and some fullz, is to host a basic porn site like https://www.donkey-dicked.com, make a few hundred dollars worth of business registration locally, and then sign up for the high-risk merchant payment gateway service to start running up charges on my CVVs. If you guys find any sources of cheap fullz, please PM me
3. Since cashing out the cards require a PIN at the ATM, I can take my old cancelled credit cards and then run it through the reader/writer I ordered on Amazon (instead of using blanks) to make reprogrammed cards. If the cashier says the card can't be processed, just pretend the card got cancelled and go back and add another Track 1 and 2 data.

Oh crap. User-agents. Right. Gotta figure out how to dynamically modify my User-Agent in my webbrowser to avoid being identified as a Mozilla Firefox using Linux box.
