Exchanger accepting my real credit card or have pos

I need an exchanger that can do $20k up dialy for me via my DEBIT CARD. The card as daily $600 lmit. And I want to do 20k to $40k daily out of the card. It dont have online limit or pos limits. But got atm withdrawal lmit any help?

Any exchanger in North Cyprus / Turkey?
