Easiest way to check if card is vbv or non vbv

Go to visa vbv activation page and then input the card number as if you wanna activate vbv on your card.

If it is non-vbv, you'll see a message as this: "Your card is not eligible. Verified by Visa is not available for the card at this time. For more information, please contact your card issuer."

And you now know your card before you use it online.
