hi all i've regularly get remote desktop servers with POS terminals on them but i don't know how to get the dumps if anyone can tell me how to do this i'll be most grateful thanks

Try getting a serial port sniffer. Also try a packet sniffer - might get lucky and get some unencrypted results.
