Hey, im looking for some advice or suggestion, so i was planning on starting with physical carding and buy a reader, embosser and tipper, but the thing is in my area i need EU 101 dumps to swipe now i have been looking around for some dumps and no one seems to have 101 eu dumps, and i don't want to waste the little money that i have on equipment i can't ever use as i am afraid there won't be any dumps available so do you think i should buy the equipment and wait for dumps or drop carding altogether ;(

WELL MAY I SUGGEST THAT U BUY THE TOOLS FOR THE TRADE(reader, embosser and tipper) COZ THERE R VENDERS OUT THERE WITH EU 101, U HAVE TO DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND PRAY TO CARD GOD THAT THERE BASE IS GOOD....

if you don't want to waste big money on equipment, you can buy dumps and then buy plastics from many plastics vendors, a lot of them will encode for you free of charge. If not, you can at least buy MSR, this is cheapest and most important equipment for physical carding.
