Card not going through sites

Ive used a proxy for this card and I know the amount that's on the card because I called the bank and its a pretty large amount but somehow im not able to buy anything besides subscriptions? Am I missing something or a tool/step? Respond asap thanks!

2. Does your IP address meet the cardholder's requirements?
3. Is your e-mail, which you added before paying by card, newly registered?
4. Is your antidetect or virtual machine working fine and not leaking, how did you check this?
5. Have you warmed up your account on the site?
6. What carding method do you use?
7. How did you check the validity of the card?
8. How did you check your card balance? Which issuing bank?
