"Card Issuer Denied The Charge"
This is the message I'm getting when carding at Wal-Mart. I'm using a Visa Signature BIN so I know the credit limit is there. I have tried carding $600-$700 each time with the same results.
*The BIN is not from my area but the vendor said the dumps should be good anywhere in the US.*
