Police in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, are investigating a group of three carders who managed to steal hundreds of thousands of dollars. According to KCTP-TV, they used fake credit cards and other people's IDs to do this.

The details of the scheme have not been disclosed, but it is already clear that the carders obtained quite a significant amount of money. The trio spent it on renting real estate, jewelry, a three-wheeled Polaris Slingshot motorcycle, and ATVs.

The police visited the suspects directly at their places of residence. At the same time, searches were carried out in the houses, and the carders themselves were taken into custody. The identities of the group members are not disclosed. At least one of them had a criminal past and even a present one: several arrest warrants were issued in his name, including on weapons charges.

The police clarified that a significant number of carder victims either do not know that they were robbed, or know, but have not yet contacted law enforcement agencies. Based on available data, the group was active from at least March to October 2023.
