I did...for my search they had at least 5 diff results w/the same address and i only bought one. Unlike the cc's, no digits of the ssn show so there is no way to tell if its a duplicate record. also, i could not verify if it was correct or not. tried to use it but, got "no credit file found"...

Its somewhat difficult to get egift card sent because the sender wants to call and verify that you are indeed the cardholder. Im pretty sure there are some shops that dont, but i havent had much luck finding any. If you are successful, i would suggest having the item shipped to a drop so it...

IP must be the same city or at least near the same as the cardholders. Shipping/Billing address must be the same. I haven't has much luck either.

If BPI+ is enabled on the ISP then this is not possible unless you have a 1:1 clone of a modem that is in the same area but on a diff node.
