the US maybe going the same way as EU with 201 cards. chip and pin cards still have mag strips and there's ways around the pin problem if you are into real carding. there supposed to be more secure.

try using a tool called Mac Makeup. it should solve the problem. also start the address from 12 XX XX XX XX XX

with 201 cards, lots of people forget the pin number or the chip is damaged and then they have to sign for stuff.

you def pay for the size. larger ones are available from other sites. its also worth checking what type ATM you are going to look at. there's a few different ones out there.
