hey guys. i went in store carding today and when i swiped it didn't decline, it said call voice operator thats a lil weird to me and never happened. can someone give me a lil idea on what can be the problem pls? im in ny an it was a visa on a gc.?

whats the difference in 201 and 101? i am a newbie just want to make sure i understand everything before i go carding? i aslo see on cards have 81,91,110 i know it might be a dumb question but we all started somewhere. please a lil advise is better then none.
