Correct. I did the same thing. Bought dumps from that state base and used them in that same state and I still had bad results. However, Claus gave me replacements because I was withing 12 hour period. Claus is honest vendor.

I"ll get the same BINs from multiple vendors............and some vendors consistently hit while others do not. Therefore, there are no assumptions on my part of which vendor has better quality. Overall, I always make money with Jim so I can't complain.
