this idea is not mine but i take it from an small forum that used to do really good before. simple and easy; we need an official LR id that will be public. new section callled "escrow" where buyer or seller will open new thread; the starter of thread explains the deal in short notes, other...

last 3 months 50-60% of the scams was by moneypak "sellers" probably they buy few codes legit, sell them for 70% and when they earn some reputations and a good offer they runoff... ESCROW guys use escrow.
