I'm having trouble finding drops in my local area. Found a tut using search on this site saying you should look up listings for houses on sale/bidding. "All these houses are empty" is not true; i've visited at least 5 locations with the original owners still living in them. Can anyone help?

Quick question regarding instore carding. I know it's possible to format plastics and write new dumps on them, but suppose the dump information is different from what's displayed on the card? (cc, cvv2, name, exp)
