yes i think there is something going on with visa dumps because this problem doesnt happen with masters usually

what I dont understand is why if you are using a dump in same city as cardholder and with both tracks why would it decline for purchase over 100 but will go thru for purchase under 100 once.

USA they dont check cvv2 but I think they check the real card holders name with visa.
