This is the only one I know and found it by accident. You cannot sign up for them they are payroll cards and I have them skimmed/hacked..so they are very rare. Thats why I want to make something out of it and not sell them for couple hundred dollars, id rather keep them for tax season next year...

If you can make something happen like this in the us..I have no limit payroll prepaid cards with direct deposit ability..whatever is loaded on it can be cashed at atm with no daily limit.
