Ive never had problems with him, but then of course I know what bins to buy and what to expect from them. I love the sales db........you can find decent cards in there for just average use. Also, now depends on your location alot too, so try some of their different bases to see which one is best...

It's pretty much safe after you change them over a couple times (i.e...use WalMart giftcard to buy AmEx Giftcards at WalMart). Should be safe using them this way for more "personal" stuff. --kilobit

These days buying 100pcs (or at least 50pcs if you don't have a good list of BINs you know work good in your area) of random BINs and just going out and working them is about the best thing you can do with instore right now.......and hopefully you will find new good BINs in the process to buy...

When they say "up to 30 years in prison" dosn't necessarily mean he will get anything even CLOSE to this amount of time, its just the maximum for his charge allowed under statute. He may get a good 2-3 years tho I would say depending on severity of the case. Good luck to him though. --kilobit

Well maybe not base flagged, but definatley not good for my area that's all.......as I read they work great for many people here and ive had plenty success with your stuff in the past if I remember correctly. I did notice some pcs that seemed to be from same base (or that specific POS source)...

I am on the same page as Scrilla......bought big orders from both Fozzy and Brosco (and I have had times when I have had great results from Fozzy) but didn't have good results at all. This isn't just because their dumps are no good......some bases are already flagged for suspicious...

I have to say I agree. I lost money on last pack I bought from him :-/ . He did give me replacements though.....which were approved......but still sucked....I dunno if base is flagged or what but something was definitely wrong.
