Never said it would solve the ripper problem. It would help weed out the people that create accounts solely to rip people. Yeah they could build up a little bit of reputation and then rip someone. In the end the only real way is to have a reliable escrow system, maybe even semi automated.

There should be either a minimum post count and/or reputation to even post anything in the unverified section.
