I purchased cards and they were valid too ,but when i tried to purchase for 15$ it showed low balance. It is literally not worth paying 10$. Also when you pay 13$, 9 dollars will be credited, 15 dollars then 10$ will be credited and even at 17$ transfer 10$ will be credited. So no matter there...
