The pay a bum idea is not a long term solution - at some point thy are going to collect a benefit, need medical care, get arrested (if they don't already have a record) get straightened out and use their identity again or die... in which case your assumed identity is worthless as it will be...

easilly trackable - mac address of your phone can be checked with your provider and then easilly tracked within feet of where you are standing. I dint think mac can be spoofed on iphone can it? Even so you could still be tracked. VPN etc wont save you if they want to find you.

Develop and american accent and get a cheap US ID... sorted

They are actually pretty clear about their wholesalers... they are who you need to contact. LR is just a payment system, they make it clear they don't buy or sell lr, they just handle the accounts.
