All the blank cards I purchased are fused it seems impossible to get j2a040 unfused cards. If I erase the data on my old debit card would I be able to write a dump on it?

i ordered what i thought was a j2a040 blank but i keep getting these codes and i am unable to clone the blank

From what Iv researched ATR tools can be used to initialize a blank Java card. However in order to do so it has to Match the bank or bin. With Wells Fargo specifically there are no bin numbers or very minimum, it’s hard to match the data to ensure correct initialization of the card. Any tips?

how do i write the dump to a mag strip with msrx. Do i have to add any zeros or anything. i noticed when i swiped my old debit card through the msr the track 2 is 3 digits longer then the one i got. any help would be great

Can you create an ist file using X2 Gold edition? Or is it only EMV Foundry that can create or generate IST files?
