depends on teh law in what state you are in. most states dont have a law about the card but they have law for the theft. they will mark it generally what the limit to the card if they cant get the info off of it .min 500 per some states is up to 15 years per charge (per card) my brother...

If your gonna spend $200 and you believe you have the right bins, I would say it is worth it....I don't use shop much as I have better vendors but I keep close eye on updates from it and use at least once every 10 days~

I agree Kate your system is FUBAR, but I also agree with you I don't want my dumps being pre-checked so I deal with it I have noticed normally when bin is no good from your site, the next purchase of same bin will be no good....I guess solution is to find more useful bins until things change~...
