Yeah LR is definitely the preferred method with WMZ coming in at a close second. Hopefully Bitcoin will become popular in amongst the scene in the future. For bulk orders, MG/WU can be used. It's usually orders over 100-500$ depending on that particular vendor.

As I've said in previous threads, it's all about the BIN's. You'll find them eventually through trial and error like the rest of us dude.
