Hi, can someone change the name on an given ID ? You need to have good photoshop skills to do so.

I got a "good quality" ID, is it normal you can rub away the signing? I can just rub it away with my hand. Also the quality of the photo don´t looks like perfect.. I mean at least I received it, but "good quality" is something else :)
