Whats the average price for a dump? Say I wanted to sell a freshly skimmed card from united kingdom how much should I sell just the dump for? Is there anything that makes the dump more valuable?

Your not listening I cant because in stores they have chip and pin machines (point of sales) so when you put in the card it asks you for the 4 digit pin number.......
